- REM
- REM I use Hat Switch 2 as my main viewing control. If you use Hat
- REM Switch 1, change all "H1" designations below to "H2", and all "H2"
- REM designations to "H1".
- REM
- REM IMPORTANT: All viewing commands are designed to work in conjunction
- REM with the pinky switch (BTN S3) on the F-22. For example, while in the
- REM cockpit of your favorite Warbirds warplane, press Hat Switch 2 left to
- REM look left. While holding Hat Switch 2 left, press the pinky button on
- REM your F-22 (BTN S3). Now you'll be looking left and up.

- REM
- REM TQS COMMANDS
- REM
- REM I like to make flaps very accessible, that's why I put them on buttons T2
- REM and T3 (the up and down presses of the 4-way switch under your index
- REM finger on the TQS).
- REM
- BTN T3 FlapsDown
- BTN T2 FlapsUp
- REM
- REM BTN T1 functions:
- REM
- REM Pressing BTN T1 alone raises/lowers the landing gear and sets the bomb
- REM pickle. I like to set the pickle once at takeoff so I don't have to
- REM worry about it later if I'm making a bomb run. Autogunners are also
- REM toggled "On" in case you are in a B-17 or B-25.
- REM
- REM Pressing BTN T1 while holding the pinky button (BTN S3) in on the F-22
- REM accomplishes several things: Bombs are set to maximum payload, salvo is
- REM set to release all bombs at once, the delay between successive drops is
- REM set to 250 milliseconds, and gun convergence is set to 275. I generally
- REM only use this command when I'm planning to fly the Fort. Make sure you
- REM perform this command while still in the tower. Once you're on the runway
- REM you're hosed if you forgot to tell your crew chief to load bombs.

- REM TQS).

- REM Press button T6 (accessed by pressing down on the circular RNG knob on
- REM the TQS) to toggle between the cockpit view and the Norton bombsight on
- REM the Fort. Press Hat Switch 2 down and hold to get the view thru the
- REM bombsight. Rotate the RNG knob clockwise and counter-clockwise to
- REM increase/decrease magnification. Press 'B' on the keyboard or BTN S2 on
- REM your F-22 to actually drop your bombs.

- REM The following ANT line is used to manually adjust elevator trim up and
- REM down. The ANT switch is the large circular knob on your TQS. To reset
- REM manual trim while in flight, turn the ANT knob to its center detent
- REM position, then press Hat Switch 3 left (or right) to activate AutoPilot.

- REM
- REM The following lines are used to adjust terrain and object level detail
- REM higher or lower, depending on your preference. Buttons T11-T14
- REM correspond to the red mouse-stick button on your TQS. The mouse button
- REM on my TQS is a little flakey, which is why I have all 4 positions
- REM programmed to do the same thing. (your mileage may vary 8)
